1. Should I wash the hair before installing it?

Yes. This hair is unprocessed and is coming from a donor. It is highly recommended to wash and condition the hair prior to installation.

2. Is the hair from one donor?

Yes.

3. Is the hair cuticle vertically aligned?

Yes.

4. Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Yes. The hair is a natural brown and can be lightened to color 613.

5. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, the hair will last at least one year.

6. Does the hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal and to be expected. Be aware that cutting wefts will increase shedding.

7. How many bundles should I get?

This depends on the length(s) purchased and customer's desired fullness.  It is recommended to purchase 3 bundles for lengths 10"-18". Greater than 18" should double up per length to achieve fullness at the tips of hair.

8. What are the payment options?

PayPal and major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
